You can find numerous videos and articles on this topic but almost all of them have a very theoretical approach and we all find it very difficult to apply in real life. With due respect to those legends I don't agree with them as they only talk about be free, aware or etc. After reading this carefully I promise you would have many things which you can directly apply in your day to day life.

1.Learn to laugh on yourself: Many of you must be thinking what's new in this but deep inside you all know that we never apply this. Many videos and articles also include this but no one talks about the solution. What we do is up to a certain level we can laugh on ourselves but after that it's not possible for us. So how to make it possible that whatever happens you laugh on yourself? The simple answer to the question is when ever a comment or joke hits you rather than hitting it back for a second just think that joke is not on you. If you think so than definitely a laugh would come on your face and this will definitely help you a lot throughout. Just practice it for 10 to 15 days after that you would become expect and no one than can laugh on you more than you yourself. So in this way nearly half of your sad life will convert into a happy one.

2.Learn to focus on solution than the problem: One of the funniest thing people do is to repeat their problem again like if I would have done this than the problem won't have came. They continuously regret on their problems and mistakes. You should never do so if you regret for a particular thing than the happiness level goes down to zero. With an attitude that every problem has a solution you should learn to focus on solutions. Now how to do this is the main question which would have arrived in your mind. So the simple answer to the question is the same as the one for laughing. We know we can suggest better solution to others that yourself. So just imagine someone other to be in the same situation you would be able to find the solution very easily. Start doing this too this will definitely change your mindset towards life.

3.Never interfere in someone else's life until you are asked to do so or that is needed:
When you interfere in someone else's life than you are making that person sad and yourself also sad. For example if a blind person is standing and you thought that he wanted to cross the road and you pick him up and crossed the road but that person didn't wanted to cross it. So interfering in his life you made him angry and even you had something guilty feeling. If that person has asked you to help than you should surely help him but unless asked don't interfere. This example may seems funny but you can relate this to various examples in your day to day life. So hence better until asked don't interfere in anyone's life.
